Sustainable Energy Services provides home energy audits in Las Vegas, NV. The company introduced the product to the market on the heels of legislation which requires all new home sales and re-sales to have an energy audit conducted starting in 2011. I developed a go to market operating strategy, introduced sales workflow software and created year one financial projections and analysis.
